Ingredients
400ml coconut milk
½ an avocado
½ an apple
one handful of kale or spinach
30g gluten-free oats
Preparation
Place all the ingredients into the blender and whizz till nice and smooth.
Tip: If you like it a bit sweeter why not try adding one ripe banana or a scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder.
